If the rings you received do not match the information in the store, you have the option of cancelling the purchase within 30 days and receiving a full refund.

If there is a defect in the product, which can clearly be traced back to the original production process, you have the opportunity to complain about your product within 12 months.

If you received items with obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please e-mail us ASAP at support@axiomweddingbands.com or let know the employee of the transport service provider who delivers the items. However, failure to report this has no consequences for your future claim.
